SHIPPING POLICY

North Alabama Appliance WILL accept your return if the following is met:
 

1. The unit is returned in the same condition as it let our facility at the time of purchase.
 

2. The return is attempted within 7 days of original purchase date.
 

3. The item is defective upon initial testing or installation.

 

4. North Alabama Appliance Reserves The Right To Fix Or Replace The Purchased Unit Before A Refund Is Issued.
 

North Alabama Appliance WILL NOT accept returns for the following:
 

1. Damage on units after initial drop-off and customer inspection.
 

2. Buyer Remorse.
 

3. Manufacturer is not wanting to warranty your unit due to 3rd party service or failure to register within 30 days.
 

4. The return is attempted after 7 days of original purchase date.
 

Delivery and service fees WILL NOT be refunded.
